Deposits:
50% deposit to hold booking
Balance Due:
The balance is due not later than 30 days prior to arrival, personal checks are accepted.
Refunds:
Refunds are made on advance cancellation not less than 60 days prior to arrival date. No refunds on cancellations within 60 days of arrival unless we are able to re-rent the period you had booked.
